Life doesn't always go as planned. Sometimes anxiety, depression, trauma, or big life changes can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what's next. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and start making sense of what's been weighing on you.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I'll always hold space for your emotions, but I'll also gently challenge the thoughts and beliefs that might be keeping you stuck. I draw from an eclectic mix of approaches-mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and supportive therapy-so we can find what works best for you.

I was inspired to become a therapist after working with at-risk youth and realizing how powerful one stable, caring relationship can be. That experience taught me that real healing often begins with feeling truly understood. In our sessions, you can expect empathy, curiosity, and encouragement to explore your story with honesty and self-compassion.

Whether we meet in person or through telehealth, my goal is to help you build insight, confidence, and emotional resilience as you move through life's transitions. You don't have to go through it alone-we'll figure it out together, one step at a time.
