Luminita “Lumi” Bass serves as a founding partner and Practice Administrator at iOAN Recovery Center, where she steers the operational and clinical framework of a fully virtual telehealth group practice. Under her leadership, the center provides evidence-based mental health treatment, ranging from individual and couples therapy to family and group sessions, all delivered securely and on-demand to meet clients’ needs whenever and wherever they arise.

She holds dual master’s degrees in Nursing Education and Business Administration (Health Care Administration) and maintains active California RN, LVN, and Public Health Nurse licenses. In addition, Lumi is certified in ACLS, CPR, fire safety, and IV therapy, equipping her with a comprehensive clinical skill set that underpins her leadership in healthcare operations

Over the past 20 years, Lumi has advanced through roles such as Chief Operating Officer at L & C Advanced Practice Management, District Clinical Director at Vault Health, Adjunct Nursing Faculty at Los Angeles Community College, and Director of Clinical Services for major renal-care providers. Passionate about transformational leadership, she leverages her deep clinical expertise and operational acumen to design and oversee seamless administrative workflows, ensuring rigorous regulatory adherence, efficient resource management, and exceptional patient and provider experiences across the iOAN Recovery Center network.
