Michelle Lee | LCSW


Michelle C. Lee, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to empowering individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. With a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and over a decade of experience across outpatient, residential, and crisis intervention settings, Michelle brings both clinical depth and administrative leadership to every role she holds.

In her current role, Michelle provides client-centered therapy, conducts comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, and collaborates closely with medical professionals to deliver integrated care. 

Additionally, she served as the Head of Service at a Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program, overseeing a high-acuity adolescent caseload, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, including CalAIM, DSS, DBH, and CARF.

Her broad experience also includes crisis response, community advocacy, and substance use counseling. Whether in courtrooms, clinics, shelters, or group settings, Michelle is driven by a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, clinical excellence, and the belief that every individual deserves access to quality mental health support.
